A delicious fruit that delights with its sweetness, grown in the heart of the ancient Subbética region of Priego de Córdoba. Elegant with medium-intense fruit, a pronounced flavour with hints of the garden, tomato leaf underlaid with grass and green apple. Sweet at first taste, well-structured and finely-balanced, with a lingering memory of “alloza”, or green almond.
